FERROLIGHT Design B.V. delivers all light objects with a 5-year warranty.In the event of a defect, you can (in consultation with us or your supplier) return the defective part directly to FERROLIGHT Design. You will receive the repaired part free of charge.

You will receive an order confirmation via orders@ferrolightdesign.com, stating the specifications, price and delivery time. Please check this carefully.
Each light object is custom made and assembled in our studio. Your order will be put into production after we have received the payment. After assembly (and approval) the light object will be shipped.The shipping details (track & trace) will be confirmed by e-mail.
the average delivery time is 3-4 weeks. (On default light objects)
Do you already have an existing wall dimmer or do you prefer a different type of wall dimmer?The dimmer must be suitable for LED drivers.• If you choose our remote dimmer, the existing wall dimmer must be replaced by a switch (permanent power/always 'on').
LED's have a lifespan of 50,000 hours. Nevertheless have a defective LED, the entire light object must be returned to FERROLIGHT Design. Please always consult with your supplier/light advisor. NB!! NEVER touch light sources with your fingers.You may not replace the LEDs yourself. if so your warranty will be expired.

In case of damaged packaging please report within 24 hours:• Refuse to accept it and please contact us immediately.• If accepted please send us photo's of the damaged packaging.
Your wireless Eaton (Moeller) dimmer is pre-programmed by us on the left arrow keys.• Short press upper arrow key : ON• Short press lower arrow key : OFF• Short press hold upper arrow key : DIMMED ON• Hold down arrow key : DIMMING light• Hold the top arrow key : LIGHT BRIGHTEN the light• Long press upper arrow key : LAST LIGHT MODE USED• The wall and remote dimmers can be ordered through your lighting consultant, point of sale, or FERROLIGHT Design.
